REGISTRATION
The Current registration fee per child is £17.50 for the week (including the trip)
The registration forms are distributed to the two local schools in the West End (St. Faith's Infant and St Faith's and St Martins' Junior) after Easter. The maximum number of children that we can accommodate are governed by two factors :-

The number of FULL TIME helpers The ratio of children to the number of full time helpers should not be more than 8/1 (8 children to one adult helper) and ideally a lot less.

The Accommodation

After the registration forms have been received, the children are grouped into colours (usually up to four colours to coincide with the number of coaches for the day trip), then each of these colours are split into smaller groups for the FIRE groups (fire drill groups). Full time helper’s are allocated a fire group along with young helpers under their guidance.

The playscheme is open to any child in the Westend of Lincoln (UK).
(Bounded by Burton Road to the north, the Foss Dyke to the south,
Victoria street area to the east & Long Leys road to the west).
