DURING THE WEEK
Each session during the week will be from 10.00 to 12.30 and 1.00pm to 3.00 except on the trip day when the times will be altered to suite.
Soft drink is provided free and there are small packets of snacks on sale, but each child must bring a packed lunch.
Displayed on a designated wall will be a list of all activities we can think off, along with a list of stock we have.
A timetable will be displayed along with lists for the children to put their names down for sessions with visiting artists (ie a theatre group), to give the visitors an idea how many children will be with them. When any visitor arrives, the whistle will be blown both inside and out to announce that the visitor(s) are ready.
The group/colour lists will also be displayed for the children to check who they are grouped with, which colour coach etc.
If any problems arise, then an Adult Helper must be informed, who may then inform other committee members as they feel fit.
All helpers must comply with the wishes of the Chairperson and Committee, and if put in charge of an activity and wish to be relieved, then another helper must be sought so as to not leave the activity unattended.
TRIP DAY
Each coach leader will be issued with :-
1)
|
a bin bag (for rubbish)
